Regency Lettings can offer a unique
service to our clients. Within our company we have a Maintenance
Department (we do not rely on outside contractors), Mr R Hymes who
is a partner in the business, is a qualified builder/plumber, who
can carry out any essential repair work to your property.
He will be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
As a Landlord himself, he is fully aware of both the needs of Tenants
and Landlords alike.
As Mr Hymes’s business has been established
since 1968, he has his own team of reliable Electrical and Corgi
registered contractors, who work with him when needed. |
